WITH MIROITERIE PAULHAC AND CÔTÉ VERRE, CEVINO GLASS STRENGTHENS ITS POSITION IN LYON AND ACCELERATES ITS OMNICHANNEL STRATEGY
CEVINO GLASS continues to expand its footprint in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region and advance its omnichannel growth strategy with the acquisition of two new companies: Côté Verre, a specialist in online sales of made to measure, and Miroiterie Paulhac, a long-established glazing processor based in the south of Lyon.
These strategic acquisitions mark the group’s second and third external growth operations in 2025.
Founded in 2015 and led by Managing Director Maryline Pereira, Côté Verre has built a strong reputation as a pure player in e-commerce custom glass. With a clear positioning in the decorative glass market and a recognized focus on customer guidance and quality, the brand enhances CEVINO GLASS’s existing online offering, which already includes toutverre.com.This acquisition reflects the Group’s ambition to push further its digital transformation, significantly increasing its online sales and deploying an innovative omnichannel model tailored to the glass industry.
As part of the acquisition, Côté Verre will move its logistics operations to the headquarters of Miroiterie Paulhac, which will become its main supplier.
Established in 1925, Miroiterie Paulhac is a family-owned company with deep roots in the Lyon market. Renowned for its high standards, craftsmanship in commercial storefronts, responsiveness, and loyal customer base, the company brings valuable industrial and field expertise to the Group.
Its operations include a high-performance insulating glass unit line and a robust aluminum joinery and glazing division. This acquisition will increase CEVINO GLASS’s ability to offer a comprehensive product range and end-to-end solutions to its clients.
Previously managed by the fourth generation of the founding family, represented by Jérôme Rousseau, Miroiterie Paulhac will now continue its development under the leadership of Maryline Pereira.
